I'm Jackie!
Christian coach, former mental health counselor, wife, cat mom, and a proud Harry Potter nerd (Slytherin through and through!). But my journey to becoming a coach wasn’t always as magical as it sounds.
When I first launched my business, I felt like I was swimming against the tide. I’m sure you know the feeling of pouring your heart and soul into something, only to see little to no return?
I was about to quit. But then…It happened. I signed ONE client. It wasn’t huge, but it was enough fuel to keep me going. I decided to serve that client with everything I had, pouring my skills, knowledge, and heart into making sure she had the best experience possible. And guess what?
Not only did she achieve incredible results, but she was so blown away by her transformation that she wanted to continue working with me.
And it didn’t stop there—ONE testimonial that she wrote about me and my coaching referred 5 of her friends to me, and suddenly, my business was booming.

Module 1
Becoming a Holy Spirit-Led, Trauma-Informed Coach
You'll learn how to truly embody the work that you teach your clients & lead your community to their results without burning out. This is where you will also learn what it means to be trauma-informed, how to coach with Holy Spirit, and how to cultivate a safe space for your clients. This foundational work is what will create genuine connection & trust between you and the people you serve, and make your coaching containers unlike anything they've experienced.
Module 2
Your Unique Coaching Style
You want clients who are hungry for your magic, right? That starts by knowing exactly who you are as a coach and owning it. Forget following the crowd—this is about creating a coaching experience that’s uniquely you. We’ll teach you how to weave your unique voice & spiritual gifts into everything you do, which is what will position you to STAND OUT in the sea of coaches.
Module 3
Understanding Human Behavior & Psychology
You’ll learn the science behind motivation and how to use it to help your clients stay committed to their goals long-term—even when they’re facing setbacks. Group Coaching
Group coaching is its own separate art from 1:1 coaching. Which is why I will also show you how to structure your groups, lead your groups, and scale your groups without clients getting lost in the crowd or feeling like a number! You'll learn all my tools & strategies when it comes to hosting HOT & engaged communities that clients never want to leave.

Will I get certified as a Christian Life Coach?
Yes! You will get certified under Jackie Randall Lentz.
I am brand new to business, is this for me?
This is for any coach who is actively building their business & committed to their calling - whether you are brand new to business, or if you've been in the industry for years - this program is focused on giving you the skills & tools to get your clients bigger, faster results.
When are the live calls?
TBD. A poll will be sent out in the beginning of the program for the group to vote on the best day/time of our live calls. If for some reason you can't attend live, all calls will be recorded & you'll get access to the replay.
How much do I have to participate?
Those who join KBA are expected to be self-led & participate in the program and community. The time commitment is about 3-5 hours per week. This includes our group calls & the time it takes to go through the curriculum.
Will KBA help me get clients?
Even though we are not diving into heavy business strategy, clients have gone through the KBA program and signed clients. When you are confident in your coaching & you know how to get your clients results - you bet that confidence will translate to your marketing & other areas of your biz!
